Required Qualifications

• 4 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience managing across geographies or shift-based operations
• Skills in people management, task coordination, and process standardization
• Experience with workforce scheduling, task tracking, and reporting techniques
• Experience leading onboarding and training programs at scale is preferred
