Senior Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint administration, including software packaging, patching, and maintenance
• Implement innovative approaches to administrative tasks focusing on automation, compliance, and security
• Participate in planning and executing upgrades and changes to endpoint administration systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager administration
• Experience with Intune administration and wireless/local area networks
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory administration
