Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Quality Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and develop requirements for complex projects
• Prepare system design specifications and conduct research to troubleshoot customer inquiries
• Create and execute functional and acceptance test cases, managing project testing tasks from requirements review through deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, project coordination, or related roles
• Experience in testing, including creating and executing test cases and plans
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• SQL expertise for data analysis and troubleshooting is preferred
