Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and develop requirements for complex projects
- Prepare system design specifications and conduct research to troubleshoot customer inquiries
- Create and execute functional and acceptance test cases, managing project testing tasks from requirements review through deployment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, project coordination, or related roles
- Experience in testing, including creating and executing test cases and plans
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- SQL expertise for data analysis and troubleshooting is preferred
