• Handle construction litigation cases, including depositions and court appearances
• Manage defense related to NYS Labor Law and construction defect/property damage
• Collaborate with clients and team members on case strategies and developments

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the New York Bar; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus
• Experience in construction litigation and related legal areas
• Prior experience with depositions and court proceedings
• Experience in insurance coverage/risk is considered an asset
