Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Professional to provide therapy services in an integrated primary care clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and participate in clinical care team activities

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensed mental health clinician in the state of NY (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Experience with evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR
• Ability to work in a hybrid, in-person, or remote setting
• Availability for a schedule of two 8-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week
