New York Licensed Care Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate, LCSW/LPC.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with participants to address concerns related to postpartum planning, child development, and work/life balance
• Assess family well-being and develop individualized care plans
• Design and deliver peer support groups and refer participants to local professionals for ongoing care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or sociology with an active professional license
• Experience working with children and families in early childhood (ages 1-5)
• Strong understanding of child development milestones and resources
• Previous experience supporting growing families and working parents
• Bilingual preferred but not required
