Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Monitor Specialist, Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts clinical file assessments to ensure adherence to required clinical standards
• Participates in the development and review of clinical review tools for performance standards
• Reviews documentation and training materials to evaluate alignment with departmental and contractual standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Social Work/Counseling, or an Associate's degree with an RN and 3+ years of clinical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment (inpatient or outpatient)
• 1+ year of experience in Managed Care (UM, BH, CM) preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required
