Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical Management Operations (Non-Clinical).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Management Operations Teams and ensure quality and timeliness of non-clinical functions
• Manage authorization requests and maintain documentation in the Medical Management platform
• Train and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, health care, business, or related field
• 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional work experience
• 2+ years of managed care experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of care management
