Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Performance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day staff activities to meet service and performance objectives
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to staff
• Manage reporting dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis required
• Minimum of three (3) years programming experience or equivalent education required
• Training in statistical process control methodology preferred
• Healthcare delivery and/or payer experience preferred
