Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day staff activities to meet service and performance objectives
- Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to staff
- Manage reporting dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis required
- Minimum of three (3) years programming experience or equivalent education required
- Training in statistical process control methodology preferred
- Healthcare delivery and/or payer experience preferred
