Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Lending Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist home equity loan applicants by providing information on suitable loan products and gathering required documentation
• Underwrite home equity applications to ensure compliance with program guidelines and assess risk
• Communicate loan status updates to members and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of 1 year of direct lending experience within a financial organization is required
• Prior sales experience is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NMLS Identifier Number is required
