Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Academic Design, Mathematics K-5.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of K-5 comprehensive math core curriculum products
• Manage and mentor a team of academic designers while promoting a data-driven approach to curriculum development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align curriculum offerings with market needs and educational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or math
• At least 5 years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; district administrative experience is a plus
• Minimum of 6 years in educational publishing, with 3 years leading core math curriculum development
• Experience with digital and blended learning curriculum development
• Knowledge of Universal Design Learning Principles and best practices for Multilingual Language Learners
