Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality of Care Coordinator to review medical records and assess quality of care incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records to identify quality of care incidents and assess compliance with care standards
- Compile timelines and summaries of incidents for presentation to the medical director, potentially participating in peer review committee actions
- Maintain adherence to organizational policies and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 3+ years of experience in nursing or related healthcare experience
- RN/LCSW license required; CPHQ certification preferred
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US
- Flexible work schedule, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Central
