SDET Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal SDET Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SDETs on QA processes and automation strategies
• Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate quality processes into the SDLC
• Design and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies to improve test coverage and execution speed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of application testing or development experience
• 3+ years of experience leading testing teams
• Hands-on experience with automation tools for frontend and backend
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
