Operations Associate, DRG Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate, DRG-Validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client's systems and contact insurance companies to verify coding corrections for accurate reimbursement
• Recover partial payments or resolve claim denials through various communication methods and document all activities
• Meet daily productivity and volume management expectations while collaborating with team members to identify trends and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma/GED with relevant work experience in hospital billing or revenue cycle management
• Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and proprietary software
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and identify patterns
