Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and dependencies
• Run weekly governance ceremonies, manage data migration plans, and orchestrate integrations with trading partners
• Coordinate reporting workstreams, manage external vendors, and ensure compliance and readiness for cutover

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Proven experience with integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners or legacy applications
• Strong understanding of ERP/HCM project mechanics, including data conversion and vendor management
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, and REST/SOAP
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
