Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment cycles
• Configure and validate benefits plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful enrollment execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits module
• Strong experience with Benefits Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL
• Experience working with UAT, SIT, and CRP cycles for benefits plans
• Functional-first profile with technical skills as a strong plus
