• Design communication, training, and adoption programs while managing organizational resistance
• Measure change success and track metrics to ensure sustainable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years as a hands-on Change Management Consultant with experience in AI and Data transformations
• Experience in developing Change Management Strategy & Implementation Plans
• Proficiency in designing and facilitating training and enablement solutions
• 4-year Bachelor's degree
• Professional Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ACMP/CCMP) preferred
