Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical components for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems
• Develop HCM Extracts, Reports using BI Publisher, and integrations using REST APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage integrations, and provide training and support to business users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an HCM technical consultant
• Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications
• HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus
• Experience in Benefits Conversion is a must
