Business Analyst (E-commerce Systems)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (E-commerce and Tax Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Document existing Salesforce-Vertex processes and identify gaps in order flow, tax, and reporting requirements
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into business documentation and use cases
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align integration needs and support testing activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in process documentation roles
• Strong background in documenting business processes and integration requirements
• Experience with system integration projects, preferably in eCommerce or tax systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce eCommerce or Vertex tax systems is preferred
• Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment is a plus
