Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of reports and support the Quality Assurance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
- Verify that clinical citations and references are current and reputable, and that all recommendations are evidence-based
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly claims management in areas such as workers compensation or disability
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to operate general office equipment
