A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy pre and post readiness surveys to assess stakeholder awareness and acceptance of changes
- Analyze survey results and propose change interventions, along with developing communication materials
- Create and deliver end-user training materials through webinars or Train-the-Trainer methods

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills to assess readiness and propose interventions
