Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to implement large-scale change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information from senior leadership to analyze the impact of changes and create change management strategies
  • Design and implement actionable organizational change management plans, including communication and training plans
  • Monitor communication flows, analyze feedback, and manage resistance while integrating change management activities within project teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years of change management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Change Management operations, policies, and procedures
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
