Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from senior leadership to analyze the impact of changes and create change management strategies
- Design and implement actionable organizational change management plans, including communication and training plans
- Monitor communication flows, analyze feedback, and manage resistance while integrating change management activities within project teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3 years of change management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Change Management operations, policies, and procedures
- Experience in project and program management
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
