We’re Looking For: Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) who will be responsible for managing company Facebook ad campaigns and crafting highly converting ad creatives. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish. This includes creating and testing new ads, and targeting options, launching, and overseeing campaigns, and scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPIs.
As the dedicated Account Manager, you will act as the Media Buying expert and strategic lead, guiding clients through strategy calls while also building out and optimizing ad campaigns. You will work collaboratively with a team of creatives to craft compelling ads and then utilize your knowledge of Meta ads & Google ads for clients.
Location: Remote/Flexible Schedule
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spending optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals.
– Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions
– Monitor and optimize ad performance across all campaigns to ensure consistent ROI and respond promptly to performance fluctuations
– Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of each campaign.
– Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
– Troubleshoot blockers to scale ad spend.
– Stay up-to-date on our offers, paid social media best practices, and our competitive landscape.
– Media Buying
– Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements
– Track and analyze the data for each individual campaign, and the campaigns against each other
Must Have:
– Experience: 3+ years experience years with online advertising (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
– Experience directly managing daily budgets of $5-10K/day minimum
– Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities
– Proven track record of hitting or exceeding CAC, ROAS, or MER targets across multiple funnel stages
– Comfort navigating both manual and automated bidding strategies, with strong segmentation chops
– Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel/events setup
– Experience collaborating with creative teams to align ads with intent
– Clear communicator and sharp critical thinker you know when to go deep and when to go wide
– Experience in ERP, CRM is an advantage
– Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Ads Manager, and SEO tools
