Part-time Derivative Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Derivative Accountant (Part-time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review timely and accurate month-end journal entries for clients
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding journal entries
• Prepare hedge documentation and derivative financial statement disclosures in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury roles (CPA or CTP preferred)
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex information in written form
• Experience with Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a flexible remote environment
