Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and A/R Management
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to enhance skills and performance
- Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma and/or equivalent education
- 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
