Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned payer projects, addressing issues across multiple regions and specialties
• Develop and maintain relationships with payers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to analyze and resolve payer-related challenges and improve performance

Required Qualifications

• College degree required
• Minimum five years of experience in provider relations, payer relations, and claims processing
• 7-10 years of healthcare experience with knowledge of payer policies and billing processes
• Master's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent preferred
• Minimum five years of management or project management experience in healthcare preferred
