Job Summary

A company is looking for a Buyer Payment Operation Teammate to support payment processes and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support billing and payment processes for buyer and seller transactions, including chargebacks and reconciliations
• Analyze payment or billing issues, identify risks, and mitigate problems
• Capture and analyze payment disputes data to identify new opportunities and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience with chargebacks or disputes
• Background in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Operations with proven results
• Self-motivated and efficient with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and time zones
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
