CPA Licensed Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance to lead its global finance function through growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee monthly group consolidated financial reporting and manage intercompany transactions
• Manage tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and ensure alignment with group-level requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in multi-entity businesses
• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
• Background in both audit (Big Four preferred) and commercial finance
• Expertise in international accounting practices, especially in Hong Kong, Japan, and China
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, tax, and cross-border compliance
