Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Manager to oversee Accounts Payable and Payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for a distributed workforce while maintaining compliance
• Implement internal controls and prepare financial reports to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or related finance function
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite required) and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with vendor management and building strong business relationships
