Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to refine features and identify new opportunities
• Manage the product backlog and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Stay current on payment industry standards and partner with vendors to build effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in payment processing and processor integrations
• Understanding of system design and analysis
• Familiarity with payment industry terminology and workflows
• Experience in the Utilities Industry preferred
• PCI DSS certification or equivalent security training highly preferred
