Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for multiple legal entities across various states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate payroll information and communicate proactively with employees regarding payroll-related items
  • Evaluate and enhance payroll processes for improved accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Manage electronic timekeeping systems and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of broad payroll experience, including mandated reporting
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS management, preferably with Rippling HRIS
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and respond to payroll audit requests
