A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for multiple legal entities across various states.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate payroll information and communicate proactively with employees regarding payroll-related items
- Evaluate and enhance payroll processes for improved accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Manage electronic timekeeping systems and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of broad payroll experience, including mandated reporting
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Fundamental Payroll Certification or Certified Payroll Professional is a plus
- Experience with HRIS management, preferably with Rippling HRIS
- Ability to manage sensitive information and respond to payroll audit requests
