A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and review company pay runs, including biweekly and commission payments
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and coordinate with third-party vendors for wage garnishments and tax reporting
- Collaborate with the accounting team for payroll-related accounting and participate in payroll audits
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of payroll experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with payroll systems conversions and/or payroll integrations
