Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist to manage financial reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconciles suspense and ledger file accounts, prepares monthly invoices, and leads complex account reconciliations
  • Oversees Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and supports month-end close processes
  • Conducts research on billing discrepancies and collaborates with finance teams to resolve complex issues


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in financial reconciliation and billing operations
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
