Key Responsibilities
- Reconciles suspense and ledger file accounts, prepares monthly invoices, and leads complex account reconciliations
- Oversees Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and supports month-end close processes
- Conducts research on billing discrepancies and collaborates with finance teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in financial reconciliation and billing operations
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
