Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for the AMAS region, covering the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-country payroll operations across multiple pay frequencies
• Lead and mentor a regional payroll team
• Ensure compliance with tax, labour, and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years' payroll experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• Deep understanding of payroll in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico
• Familiarity with ADP, SAP, Workday or similar systems
• CPP, PCP, or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable
