Payroll Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Payroll & BenAdmin Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for payroll software, including strategy formulation and redesign efforts
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive 2 to 3 year product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and drive growth-oriented product initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of business analysis or product management experience
• 2+ years of payroll system experience and understanding of complexities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager focused on market-facing products leveraging API integrations
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
