Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their Payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll for over 5000 employees in the US and Canada, including monthly and quarterly commission payrolls
• Manage payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with wage and hour laws
• Assist in auditing payroll processes and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Experience with payroll platforms such as Workday or ADP Smart Compliance
• Understanding of payroll-related deductions and FLSA rules
• Canada processing experience is preferred
• CPP certification is preferred
