Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy across various compensation details
  • Maintain and audit employee payroll records, focusing on time entry, benefits, deductions, and tax information
  • Ensure accurate calculation and submission of payroll taxes in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-state environment
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Preferred but not required: Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking
