Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pega Architect / Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate complex workflows using Pega
• Integrate data exchanges with multiple VA systems and collaborate with Scrum Teams for development
• Review and audit solution designs to ensure compliance and improve processes affecting program performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 10+ years of experience
• Minimum of 4+ years in designing and deploying Pega solutions for workflow automation
• At least 2+ years of experience as a technical lead
• Understanding of Agile & Lean principles for application development
• Ability to obtain a Position of Trust and pass a government background screening process
