Responsibilities
• Provide clinical knowledge and expertise in performance improvement.
• Utilize advanced critical thinking and coaching skills.
• Facilitate team/task force development.
• Coordinate clinical databases.
• Maintain policies and procedures for accreditation readiness.
• Participate in medical staff peer review processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license.
• BSN or current BHSF RN pursuing BSN to achieve within 3 years of start date.
• Demonstrated involvement in Performance Improvement activities.
• Strong clinical background with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel.
Benefits
• Estimated salary range for this position is $72,779.20 – $96,796.34 per year depending on experience.
