Performance Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide stakeholders with critical business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data modeling exercises
• Act as a liaison between Analytics and operational departments to support initiatives with provider partners and payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in Medical Economics or Provider Economics within a health plan or medical group
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access and/or SQL strongly preferred
• Strong interest in working with large and complex data sets
• Desire to grow with a high-performing analytics team
