Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analytics Analyst to prepare and analyze quote and sales performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate underwriting and process changes, determining their impact on metrics and recommending communication strategies
• Develop and revise procedures to comply with company policies and state regulations while collaborating with the Project Management Team
• Analyze data to identify trends and measure the success of implemented changes, driving improvement in department metrics

Required Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and pivot tables
• Familiarity with software such as Power BI/SharePoint
• Extensive experience in data analysis and providing data-driven recommendations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks
