Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and optimize conversion campaigns on Meta Ads
- Track lead quality and cost control to maintain CPL within KPI
- Collaborate with team members to provide data-backed feedback and iterate on creative ideas
Required Qualifications
- B2 level of English proficiency
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Proficiency in Meta Ads or Google Ads Manager
- Fluency in key marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI
- Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
