Pharmacy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Specialist to conduct data analysis and support the pharmacy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze reports to assist in formulary decisions
• Train Pharmacy staff and maintain training manuals
• Perform daily reporting and assist with fraud and abuse analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a managed care environment
• Pharmacy Tech License and ComPass experience preferred
• Experience in developing workflows and documentation
• Ability to analyze cost and determine utilization patterns
