Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding the prior authorization process
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of approvals and denials
- Transfer clinical questions to the pharmacist and support prior authorization workflows
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams and Outlook
- Preferred Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee License
- Strong computer proficiency and customer service skills
