Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding the prior authorization process
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of approvals and denials
• Transfer clinical questions to the pharmacist and support prior authorization workflows

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams and Outlook
• Preferred Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee License
• Strong computer proficiency and customer service skills
