Key Responsibilities

• Meet with new physicians and practice leadership to explain compensation plans and production expectations
• Provide training on ProCARE compensation software and other reporting tools
• Manage user access and administrative tasks related to ProCARE, ensuring compliance with compensation agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare Administration, Billing, or Data management
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must be a Florida resident for remote work
• Availability during business hours of 8am-4pm
