A company is looking for a Pipeline Operations Manager to oversee and enhance revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate onboarding and activation processes to convert leads into engaged users
- Develop segmentation strategies and collaborate on upsell/cross-sell efforts to drive revenue expansion
- Oversee campaign systems to acquire new customers and coordinate activities to win high-potential accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of revenue operations or similar experience in SaaS, B2B, travel tech, or high-growth environments
- Experience with user analytics platforms, CRM, marketing automation, and data integration workflows
- Proven success in designing and scaling operational processes impacting conversion and expansion
- Analytical mindset with a passion for experimental design and funnel optimization
- Strong project management skills and ability to align stakeholders across teams
