Plan Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Specialist - Plan & Benefits Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create blueprints for plan configuration from plan documents and standards
• Build, validate, and test medical and dental plan benefits and code mapping logic
• Resolve system issues and coordinate solutions for system-related challenges

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of claims adjudication and ability to interpret plan documents
• Experience with HealthRules Payer/Designer or similar applications
• 4 to 5 years of health insurance related plan building experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
