Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Associate Dean (Academic).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Associate Dean(s), including scheduling, file maintenance, and meeting coordination
- Assist with student databases and compose correspondence for Associate Dean(s)
- Manage and triage requests in a busy administrative office and support degree program councils
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
- High school diploma/GED with 7 years of experience may be considered
- Experience in a high-level administrative office is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Teams, Outlook, and Zoom
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks efficiently
