Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer to join their Platform Engineering group.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to implement platform-as-a-product thinking and identify secure cloud-based solutions
• Apply AWS Well Architected Framework best practices to build scalable systems and design automated delivery pipelines
• Drive automation by designing self-healing systems and optimizing feedback loops for development processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Cloud/DevOps experience
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and deployment
• Experience with event/message broker systems, preferably Apache Kafka
• Experience with infrastructure as code technologies, preferably Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Go, Bash, Python, or Typescript
