Platform Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineering Manager to design, build, and scale DevOps and software engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
• Monitor, optimize, and secure hybrid-cloud infrastructure while leading observability and automation initiatives
• Contribute to full stack development and design scalable components for a new major platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Full Stack Development, with 2+ years in a people management role
• Proven expertise with CI/CD, hybrid-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC tools
• Strong programming skills
• Ability to travel and serve as on-call
